Our fourth episode hears us chatting to the awesome Kez who speaks frankly and inspirationally about her experience of mental breakdown and how she made it out the other side. Kez’s journey begins with something we can all relate to; work related stress.
Even though mental health is becoming much less of a taboo topic, there is still such a long way to go to normalise the topic, listening to podcasts such as this and educating ourselves can help our generations to move forward with knowledge to help and support others.
